About the event
The wild plant recognition course with wild aperitif-tasting organized by "La Caprawild" and "La Fattoria di Nonno Peppino" is a path guided by the botanist and agronomist Emanuele Cavaiolo to discover nature and its many wonderful manifestations. Everything will be followed by a totally vegetable and gluten-free aperitif based on the various products of "La Capra Celvatica" and "La Fattoria di Nonno Peppino".
The program for the day is as follows:
10:30 - 12:30 Walk to recognize the wild plants that distinguish the place
12:30 - 1:30pm Aperitif based on Wild Goat and Fattoria Di Nonno Peppino products
PACKED LUNCH: Please bring your own packed lunch 2.30pm - 3.30pm Drawing of the herbarium of wild plants encountered
4:00 pm Snack offered by Nonno Peppino Farm
WHAT WILL YOU TASTE IN THE APERITIF? First course dish composed of spontaneous mixed salad + BORSCHETTE (bruschetta without borage leaves gluten) + fermented vegetable cheese _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58 wild garlic_palmable (Allium triquetrum) Second course consisting of a mini platter of seasoned vegetable cheeses + Wonder Wine from Nonno Peppino's Farm.
