Pugliaveg and Friends

Together with the friends of Amorum, Raparossa and La Fattoria di Nonno Peppino, we are happy to present the first Pugliaveg event. We will finally have the opportunity to meet in person and spend a few hours together amidst good music, the magical atmosphere that reigns at Raparossa and the delicacies prepared by Madia Galiano.

The cost of the menu is €25 (drinks not included), €5 of which will go to "La Fattoria di Nonno Peppino" and includes:

Nests of kataifi with caponatina

Grated onion

Cantaloupe and celeriac with catmint

Spaghetti with fiorilli and saffron

Orecchiette with caper leaves on broad bean cream

Coconut pudding with strawberry coulisse

The evening will be accompanied by the music of the Flower Power Duo, composed by Giacomo Bagorda and Loredana Carparelli.
